At Comor - Go Play Outside we value our customers, always trying to meet their expectations. Detailed below are our policies regarding exchanges, refunds, and returns.

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased in-store and on ComorSports.com are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date. Customers have up to 30 days after the original purchase date to receive an exchange or store credit.

All returned items must be in their original condition, original packaging, unused/unworn, with tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt.

IN-STORE RETURNS

Comor Sports has locations in Kitsilano, North Shore, and Whistler Village. We accept in-store returns for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

In-store returns are subject to our standard return policy.

ONLINE RETURNS

Online purchases can be returned in person at one of our retail locations.

Online returns are subject to our standard return policy.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Comor Sports error. Please contact our customer service before shipping a return. We also recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt

FINAL SALE

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance items discounted at 45% off or more
  • Mounted skis
  • Undergarments
  • Special orders and price matches
  • Assembled bikes once they have left the store
RESTOCKING FEE

A restocking fee may apply to:

  • Online purchases returned in-store that originally qualified for free shipping
  • Returns made outside the standard return policy
  • Returns of 50% or more of the total order value or item quantity
  • Late cancellations

If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend visiting one of our stores for a better fit and to avoid restocking fees.

Restocking fees do not apply to purchases done with Klarna Payment Services.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders that have already been fulfilled or placed more than 36 hours prior to your request may be subject to a restocking fee.

BC E-Bike Rebate Program Returns/Exchanges

We do not accept returns for e-bikes purchased through the BC E-Bike Rebate Program. Refunds, store credit, or gift cards cannot be issued. Please ensure your e-bike purchase is final.

If an e-bike purchased through the BC E-Bike Rebate Program is defective, it may only be exchanged for another e-bike of equal or greater value.
